Join Chef Ivo Rossi for a making- (and eating-) class on different types of pasta cuts, such as Orecchiette, Farfalle, and Tagliatelle. He will also explain how to pair distinct sauces with distinct pasta cuts. For example, Orecchitte with pesto, Tagliatelle with Ragu', and Farfalle with veggies for a summer salad.
This class is a bit more expensive than our usual classes because it's very laborious. A smaller number of participants will allow each student to actually make pasta and chef Ivo to correct closely.
Please bring wine or pupu to share so we do not just have tiramisu' for dinner :-).
