After culinary school, he moved to Oahu, where he worked as Executive Chef at Roy Yamaguchi’s Hawaii Kai and Chez Michel. At Tiki’s Grill he promotes the farm-to-table movement by building strong bonds with local farms and fisheries, bringing in island fresh produce and breads, as well as 175 pounds of local grass-fed beef and 450 pounds of locally caught or raised fish every week. Chef Ronnie is a frequent guest on “Hawaiian Grown TV.”
