Chef de Cuisine Naomi Ito was a sous chef at sister restaurant, Taormina Sicilian Cuisine, for seven years and studied under Executive Chef Hiro Mimura, who came up with the concepts for both establishments. Appetito’s signature menu features pizza baked in a kiawe wood-burning pizza oven, along with edgy Italian dishes, grilled meats, and salad using locally sourced ingredients.

RSVP: Required by February 13. Indicate if you will stay for dinner afterwards.

Parking: Free 3 hour parking at Outrigger Ohana East Hotel.

Your guests: Will automatically be assigned the non-member fee. If you want to register other members (including your Family Membership's spouse/children), you need to register each of them separately, under their own name and UNIQUE email (Note: Update your Family Membership account accordingly, if family names/emails are missing--Directions for Bundle Administrator Guide).

Safety policy: All participants will comply with the latest guidance for group gatherings: Please wear a mask, you can remove it when seated, refrain from standing, sit at the assigned tables according to social distance and limited number.
