Join us for a four-course tasting menu with two wine pairings, featuring Sicilian cuisine:

• Antipasto: Sarde a Beccafico (a Sicilian Classic, roasted butterflied sardines). With wine pairing
• Primo: Norma alla Catanese (bucatini with lightly spiced tomato sauce, pancetta, and eggplant topped with salted ricotta and basil)
• Secondo: Guanciale di Manzo (braised beef cheeks with red wine demi-glaze). With wine pairing
• Dolce: Homemade Cannoli

Sarde a Beccafico and Cannoli will be prepared exclusively for the Friends of Italy Society of Hawaii.

The dinner also includes two wine pairings; guests can order additional beverages directly with the restaurant (one check per table; please bring cash for easier check out).

Menu may slightly change due to ingredient availability.

Executive Chef Hiroyuki Mimura worked in fine dining in Florence and in 2004 placed 1st in the Entree Competition at La Rotta del Vino Slow Food Contest. Since 2010, he has served as the Executive Chef of Taormina Sicilian Cuisine, where he creates authentic Sicilian dishes and is always happy to talk with guests in Italian.

Parking: Validated parking is available in the neighboring Embassy Suites and Wyndham Hotel. The first 3 hours are free with validation, then around $10 per hour (please check with attendant).

Family membership: If you have a Family Membership and want to register your spouse, please select the family option and indicate your spouse's name and email as you saved them in your Bundle account (Note: directions for Bundle Administrator Guide).

Safety policy: All participants will comply with the latest guidance for group gatherings: Please wear a mask, you can remove it when seated, refrain from standing, sit at the assigned tables according to social distance and limited number.
