Join Chef Ivo Rossi for a pasta-making class and dinner together! We will make a classic pasta dish, starting from the queen of the pasta cuts, Tagliatelle, and finishing up with a delicate smoked salmon sauce. Then we will sit together for a pasta feast together. Remember one of the Italian Golden Rules: never add Parmesan cheese to fish pasta plates!

Bring: Please bring a bottle of wine or appetizer, to share while cooking.

Address: Event will take place at a private home by Ala Moana. Registered guests will receive an email with address and directions prior to the event.

Parking: Abundant free parking in the vicinity.

Safety policy: All participants will comply with the latest guidance for group gatherings, and show vaccination card or proof of a negative test within 48 hours.and ID at check-in, as requested by the property owners.
