Ferragosto is the name of the Italian festivity celebrated on the 15th of August and is traditionally a day of rest and a time when people leave the city to get relief from the heat, meet friends and be jolly. It is traditional, on the day of Ferragosto, to have BBQs, bonfires, beach parties and generically large gatherings with friends and family.

Date: 8/27/23 from 4:00pm-7:30pm
Location: Ko'ula Sunset Deck & pool area of 1000 Auahi Street
Parking: Free parking in Kaka'ako near the movie theater
Activities: Sgroppino, music, 2 bocce courts, access to the pool

There will be a wonderful menu with Chef Francesco, owner of Aroma Italia, onsite preparing our Ferragosto feast!

Fresh arugula and Caprese salads will start off the menu.

The pasta will be a mouthwatering gnocchi gorgonzola.

Chef Francesco will be making pizzas for us on site!
