The essence of Sicily wrapped in a single pastry: Cannoli. From pistachio to chocolate and endless variations, cannoli are among the most popular desserts in the world. As for all regional recipes, there are secrets and twists of Sicilian cannoli from city to city and from family to family. Yet, one rule is essential: fill them at service to enjoy all their crunchiness! Join Chef Maria to learn how to make cannoli with ease! In this hands-on class, you will learn how to roll, fry, assemble, and dip your “cannolo” with your favorite flavors: ricotta and chocolate!

About the chef: 
Maria Costa is a distinguished culinary expert with over 30 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. Renowned for exquisite taste and creativity, Maria has carved a remarkable career in the culinary world. Beginning her journey by owning an Italian Restaurant and family business, Maria honed her skills through dedication and passion. Throughout her career, Maria has garnered acclaim for her innovative approach to Italian cuisine, blending traditional techniques with various cultural twists and flair. Bring: A dish and drink to share in our potluck. If you have them: a rolling pin, an oval cookie cutter (or large cup), and any tools that you have for Cannoli making.
